Salt & Pepper Chips are a household favourite in the Singh4Supper household. Family favourite due to its savoury appeal. You too can make this dish at home to serve as a starter or side dish.

 Oven chips
 ½ Red pepper thinly sliced
 ½ Green pepper thinly sliced
 ½ Yellow pepper thinly sliced
 2 Medium onions sliced
 3 Cloves of garlic roughly chopped
 2 Handfuls of bean sprouts
 Spring onion and coriander for garnish
Spice
 ¼ tsp Salt (add more or less according to taste)
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 ½ tsp Chinese five spice
 1 tsp Dried chilli flakes
 Splash of Soy Sauce

Fry all veg in a little stir fry oil (not olive oil).

Add spices give it a mix and add splash of soy sauce.

Add the chips into the mixture, finish off with spring onions and coriander.

Give it a mix and plate up.
